Cable separators, starting numbers, and digits

Define each group's numbering format before generating labels.

Use

Group number formats in Auto Increment has Group, Delim., Start, and Digits columns. Separator is the text between group key and number. Starting number chooses the group's initial number. Digits sets minimum zero padding: 3 produces values such as 001.

Limits and existing labels

Start must be nonnegative and Digits must be between 1 and 64. Existing authored values remain fixed unless Renumber existing labels is enabled. The separator and format settings govern generated proposals; manually authored label parts can be edited separately.
