Project output

Use File > Export... for PDF, PNG, SVG, or HTML. All pages includes every project page; otherwise enter page numbers or ranges such as 1, 3-5. Choose Include frontmatter, confirm the export, then select an output path. File > Export to PDF is a direct PDF route. See [ PDF, PNG, SVG, and HTML output ] and [ Export page ranges and frontmatter ].

Selection output

Select the content to share and use Export selection.... This creates one fitted output page, without the project frontmatter controls. It is useful for a detail outside the page layout. See [ Export a selection as one fitted page ].

Verify and retain

Wait for Export complete and inspect the produced file. Check fonts, labels, images, and page boundaries in the actual output, particularly when the native preview differs from export typography. Keep the .wpr file for future editing; exported output is not a Warwick project. See [ Project fonts and export typography ] and [ Save and Save As ].
