Export a selection as one fitted page

Share a drawing detail without exporting the project's whole page layout.

Use

Select content on the canvas and choose File > Export selection.... Choose PDF, PNG, SVG, or HTML and an output location. The export uses one fitted page around the selected drawing content rather than the project's page-number selection.

Caveats

Select content first; an empty selection cannot be exported. Selection export does not use the project's Include frontmatter option. Review what was selected, including connections and complete device context, before exporting. The result is delivery output, not a new editable project or a saved blueprint.
