Account and license status

Review authoring availability, expiry, company choices, and installation identity.

Use

Open Settings > Account and license..., License... in the viewer, or the Projects activation control. The panel reports Authoring available or Viewer mode, license messages, an expiry when known, and the installation identifier. While Contacting the service... is shown, wait for the operation to complete before choosing another license action.

Ways to activate

Sign in through browser starts browser authorization. Use offline license key opens key entry and installation request/import options. Eligible companies appear as Activate: company buttons. Open company account launches the account website; purchasing and billing instructions remain on that site, not in this help catalog.
