Closed beta

During beta, request access for your email and wait for a WorkOS application invitation. Signup/sign-in uses an email code, not a password. Approval controls who can create an account; it is not a separate license or subscription.

Every account gets a trial

Every verified account automatically gets 30 days of authoring from account creation. No card, company or paid seat is required. Signing in, accepting another invitation or renewing a file cannot restart the trial. There is no automatic paid conversion. Viewing and exporting remain available after expiry.

Paid companies and seats

A paid company subscription has named-user seats and Polar-managed activations. WorkOS membership and Polar seat ownership are separate. Polar handles billing, seat changes, keys and device management through its portal; operators handle refunds through its merchant dashboard. New paid desktop activation is not yet enabled. Existing signed license files keep their stated expiry.

Product updates

Your account offers a separate optional product-update opt-in. Beta approval is not marketing consent. Future mailing-list imports must preserve unsubscribes.
