Add pages next to existing pages

Extend the project layout using adjacent placement strips.

Use

With nothing selected, open Inspector and choose + Add page. A project with no pages can create its first page. For an existing layout, choose a blue strip beside a page to create an adjacent page in that direction. Cancel page placement or Escape leaves placement mode without adding another page.

Context

Pages are regions of the infinite canvas used for document output; adding one is not a device creation operation. Finish active edits or route sessions before changing the layout. Use the empty-selection page list to focus pages, then select a page to edit its name and grid.
