Shared frontmatter text

Write common project information with page-dependent token expansion.

Use

Choose Shared text for a box and edit its Shared text field. Rich-text formatting applies to the authored content. Use Project name, Page name, Page slug, or Date buttons to append generated fields to the text. Preview shows the expanded value for the selected page.

Effect

Every page uses the same authored text, but a page-name or page-slug token resolves separately for each page. Shared text is suitable for company details, drawing titles, and generated identifiers. For notes that genuinely differ between sheets, use [ Page-specific frontmatter text ]. Token expansion is limited to the supported names described in [ Generated frontmatter fields ].
